After a long unexpected Hiatus we will be opening back up soon. We are not just going to start taking orders again, we are going through a whole Re-Design!

Now that it is Spring it is time for a fresh new beginning!!!

The New Cuttlebug folders have finally arrived!

We were shorted some of the folders. I have gotten in touch with Provo Craft and they are sending the missing ones. We would still like to get as many orders out as possible, So some orders may not be complete. This will be noted on your order. The missing ones will be here next week, and we will get them shipped out as soon as possible.Sorry for the delay!

Change in Canada Shipping

Due to the rise of USPS International Shipping fees, we have had to adjust our Canada Shipping Policies.

International and Canada Shipping Policies and Costs:

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. We make every effort to ship your order out as quick as possible! Be sure to check item description if additional delivery time is noted.

International and Canadian Orders, regretfully are NOT included in the FREE SHIPPING option. Actual Shipping & Handling Charges will apply.

We will calculate the shipping cost for the weight of your items, and your delivery location.

Please follow these procedures for a Smooth Transaction:

For Postage Prior to ordering:

Email us with the items, postal code and country, so we can calculate the weight and location.

We will use the USPS Online Shipping Calculator, to get the actual shipping cost.You will receive an email with the cost of shipping.

If this is acceptable, place your order online, choose INTL Shipping, and complete the order with payment.

We will then email you a seperate payment request for the shipping cost.

This may seem like a hassle, but this is the best way to give our customers the lowest possible shipping cost.

Cricut Cartridge Delays

Delays Due to the unexpected response to Provo Crafts Cricut Cartridge rebate offer, they are having to restock many of the cartridges.

Checking with other vendors that I can purchase the cartridges from, they are out also.Those that have cartridges on order, we are very sorry for the delay and will get them to you as soon as possible.

Cricut Design Studio Finally !

I have received a shipping confirmation from ProvoCraft for the Design Studio. It will be here late afternoon on Tuesday the 8th.

If you have it on order and your order does not contain other Pre-Order items I will be sending it right out. I am sorry, but all pre-order items need to be available before the order can ship.

The new Cuttlebug folders have had another delay at the factory and will not be available anywhere until around the 1st of February.

Provo Craft Products Update

Cricut Colors will be here Friday December 21.

Cuttlebug Storage Binders - We should be getting them by January 15, 2008.

I finally got the information about the Design Studio Delay. There was a problem with ProvoCraft getting the whole order from their manufacturer, so they had a partial order Air Freighted to them, and due to the Air Freight cost, they filled the biggest orders first. Ours shouldn't be much longer!

Teacher Gift Project Added

Smaller Owires finally being shipped!

I must say...I am not very impressed with this Company right now.

They just redid all their Owire sizing and packaging. This must have been in the works for a long time. When I placed my order, they did not bother to tell me that there was going to be a change, or that some of the Owires I ordered aren't even going to be available anymore!

So they sent me what they thought I should get and not what I ordered. So I received the 1 inch 1-1/4 inch and the 3/4 inch. They did not even have any of the smaller Owires available except for the White and Red they had sent.

Anyway...Yesterday they finally received the smaller Owires, and I was able to place an order. Next week I should be getting Black, White, and Silver Owires in 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, and 5/8 inch.
